DNA and the Book of Mormon

Introduction

It is very clear that the Apostle Paul taught in the Bible that the people would be tossed to and fro, carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby these cunning men lie in wait to deceive.

Ephesians 4:11-14
11. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
14. That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

In this movie, Pastor Joel Kramer, with the support of his “presumed extensive” scientific study on DNA, archeological research, and linguistic studies, calls Joseph Smith a liar and a false prophet who intentionally deceived his followers. In the Mormon Church, there are many prophets, apostles, and members who say that Joseph Smith was a prophet. Both sides cannot be right. One side is, as Pastor Joel Kramer states, a liar and a deceiver. The teachings of Paul mentioned above does agree…there will be deceivers!
